Miami is undeniably one of the most unique cities in the world and its food is some of the best and most flavorful. Miami has some of the best and trendiest restaurants that will for sure feel like highlights of the trip. vegan options are easy to find at any restaurant and the experience is memorable each time. Miami’s cuisine is famous for its heavy cuban, latin, and tropical influence. anywhere you go, each bite will be a mix of flavors from all around the world, making it a truly special experience.

mila - Miami Beach

MILA is one of my favorite restaurants of all-time. mila's menu is inspired by mediterrasian cuisine combining the most special ingredients in a trendy influencer hot-spot with a lounge vibe. at night mila often has fire dancers and other performers contribute to the dinner party vibe found at almost every restaurant in Miami. it's a long list and was unfortunately too dark to take several photos of our food, but my favorite menu items are the: blistered shishito peppers, seasonal mushroom hotpot, crispy Brussels sprouts, seasonal wild mushrooms in truffle oil, vegan roll, and the sun salutation / shisoïto cocktails.

1 hotel - south beach

1 hotel in south beach is one of the trendiest hotels in miami frequented by several a-list celebrities. their dining options are some of the best. WATR at 1 rooftop features japanese cuisine, wave beach club features Tulum inspired cuisine and decor, and sandbox, habitat, and others offer breakfast / light bites options. these restaurant experiences offer some of the best views in Miami Beach and the food is hard to beat.

la mar

la mar located at the mandarin oriental on brickell key has some of the best peruvian food I've ever had along with the best view of downtown miami. la mar is a great spot for photos and is a stand out restaurant at any time of day. my favorite menu items are the veggie soltado, vegan sushi rolls, and their passion fruit margarita.

chotto matte

chotto matte is a hidden gem located in miami beach with amazing south american inspired food and dessert. the interior is one of the most unique designs I've seen, truly an unforgettable spot. my favorite menu items are all of the vegetarian appetizers, the fried rice, and pretty much any item on their expansive vegan menu is nothing short of delicious. additionally, the espresso martini and vegan dulce dessert were extraordinary, I would easily fly  back to miami just for them.
